QlickTrade helps businesses with sourcing, procurement, supplier verification, and cross-border trade coordination across East and Southern Africa. Information on the Site—including pricing indications, timelines, and market information—is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Specific sourcing or procurement engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or quotation.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use automated means to scrape or extract Site content without our consent
• Interfere with the Site’s normal operation

Submitting a request through our contact form does not create a binding contract between you and QlickTrade. Any quotation, purchase, or service arrangement is only binding once confirmed in writing by both parties.

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Qlick Company Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms (including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and WhatsApp) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QlickTrade and Qlick Company Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit liability arising under a separately signed service agreement or quotation.

You agree to indemnify and hold QlickTrade harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
